At 840 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated most of the heavy rain has left the area, but scattered thunderstorms are still possible this evening. Between 4 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
