Preston and Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston Counties.

Until 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions with slushy untreated roads and surfaces becoming icy and hazardous this evening. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
