Flood Warning issued May 31 at 2:55AM EDT until May 31 at 3:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
The Flood Warning will expire at 3 AM EDT early this morning for portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont and Monroe and West Virginia, including the following areas, Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel.
The heavy rain has ended and flood waters have receded or will soon recede. Thus, flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat.
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
