* IMPACTS...
Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 858 PM EDT, the Department of Transportation reported heavy rainfall in the warned area resulting in some road closures.
Flooding continues. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain fell in the area.
