Patchy dense fog is still present across the Foothills of NW North Carolina and SW Virginia along the I-77 coridoor. Given the reduced visibilities of 1/4 mile or less, motorists should take caution while driving through these counties. Visibilities should improve above one-half mile across this area by noon.
