As precipitation continues early this morning, temperatures are hovering near or just below freezing in spots. Thus, there may be some light freezing rain in these locations. As of 5:30 AM, most of these pockets were in Highland and Garrett Counties.
Temperatures should rise above freezing areawide by 8 to 9 AM, but until then motorists should be mindful of patchy slick spots, especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
