Very cold wind chills between 10 and 20 below zero expected.

In Maryland, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany, and Western Garrett Counties. In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County.

* WHEN...
From 8 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
