Until 115 PM EDT.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 916 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Goblintown Creek, Little Goblintown Creek, North Mayo River, Poorhouse Creek, Joint Crack Creek, Little Creek, Ryans Branch, Rock Castle Creek, Jacks Creek, Bull Mountain Fork, Little Sycamore Creek, North Fork Poor House Creek, Shooting Creek, North Fork Smith River and Blackberry Creek.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
