The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Forest, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Indiana, Jefferson PA, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango and Westmoreland, and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Tucker, Hancock and Western Tucker.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening.
