At 417 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Ellisboro to 11 miles south of Pine Hall to near Kernersville to Clemmons to near Courtney. Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Summerfield, Stokesdale, Haw River State Park, Monticello, Lake Jeanette Marina, Lake Townsend Marina, and Lake Townsend.
