At 1038 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Ravenswood, or 7 miles southeast of Forked Run State Park, moving southeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Ripley, Spencer, Racine, Forked Run State Park, Ravenswood, Sandyville, Syracuse, Reedy, Portland, Statts Mills, Reedsville, Mount Zion, Cottageville, Lucille, Annamoriah, Fairplain, Peewee, Harmony, Belleville, and Walton.
This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 128 and 133, and between mile markers 135 and 161.
