Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
A portion of northwest Virginia, including the following counties, Frederick and Shenandoah.

* WHEN...
Until 200 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 149 AM EDT, emergency management reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
