* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1209 PM EDT, the Department of Transportation reported heavy rainfall in the warned area resulting in some road closures.
Flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
