Portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Lewis, Randolph and Upshur.

Until 400 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1215 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding continues to be observed today, especially across Barbour County.

Buckhannon, Philippi, Sutton, Audra State Park, Belington, Gassaway, Rock Cave, Junior, Burnsville, Flatwoods, French Creek, Horner, Lorentz, Walkersville, Tallmansville, Ireland, Overhill, Hodgesville, Century and Ellamore.
