The Flood Warning will expire at 7 PM EDT this evening for portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Meigs and Vinton and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason and Putnam.
Flood waters are receding and heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
