Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1057 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Dry Creek, Brush Creek, Blue Lick Creek, Hales Branch, Indian Creek, Back Creek, Adair Run, East River, Crooked Creek, Dixon Branch, Big Spring Branch and Hans Creek. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Narrows, Peterstown, Rich Creek, Glen Lyn, Bozoo, Red Sulphur Spring and Lindside.
