At 118 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles east of Midland, or 14 miles southwest of Albemarle, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Albemarle, Badin Lake, Plyler, Locust, Norwood, Badin, Oakboro, Stanfield, Richfield, and New London.
