Portions of northeast Georgia, Piedmont and western North Carolina, and Upstate South Carolina.

Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...
Although precipitation has ended for much of the area, many roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will remain slick and hazardous this morning.
