At 1013 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Julian, or 7 miles northwest of Madison, moving north at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Charleston, Nitro, Madison, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Spurlockville, Institute, Tornado, Alum Creek, Teays Valley, Julian, Cross Lanes, Harts, Danville, Turtle Creek, Ashford, Palermo, and Alkol.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 97 and 102.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 38 and 40, and between mile markers 46 and 57.
Route 119 between mile markers 44 and 80.
