Charleston, Nitro, Madison, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Spurlockville, Institute, Tornado, Alum Creek, Teays Valley, Julian, Cross Lanes, Harts, Danville, Turtle Creek, Ashford, Palermo, and Alkol. This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 97 and 102.
