Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Some snow showers this afternoon near the Tennessee border could result in some light accumulation and some blowing snow at times that could reduce the visibility while driving.
