The Flood Warning will expire at 1145 PM EDT this evening for a portion of southern West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Fayette, Kanawha and Raleigh.
The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT Tuesday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia...
