Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE... Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Carter and Greenup, southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia and Lawrence, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason and Roane. * WHEN... Until 200 PM EST. * IMPACTS... Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 802 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. In addition, local creeks and streams may exceed their banks today. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
