Special Weather Statement issued October 19 at 2:07PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV
The combination of clear skies and light surface winds will yield overnight temperatures falling into the upper 30s to low 40s.
This will result in the potential for some patchy frost development late tonight and early Tuesday morning. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
