Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. During high wind, dangerously cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
