At 1134 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Buffalo, or 7 miles northwest of Winfield, moving southeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Nitro, Winfield, St. Albans, Hurricane, Eleanor, Buffalo, Poca, Cross Lanes, Teays Valley, Tornado, Culloden, Bancroft, and Fraziers Bottom.
This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 32 and 48.
