Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
