Winter Weather Advisory issued December 14 at 9:14PM EST until December 15 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...
Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...
A portion of northeast Ohio.

* WHEN...
From 4 AM to noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
A band of precipitation will approach from the southwest during the pre-dawn hours of Sunday morning with brief snow changing over to rain. Cold air and sub-freezing surface temperatures in Northeast Ohio will be slow to depart ahead of this precipitation. Therefore, once snow transitions to rain in the region, rain may freeze to surfaces for an hour or two on Sunday morning, including on area roadways, bridges, sidewalks, and driveways. Slick conditions are expected. Temperatures will eventually push above freezing late Sunday morning and end the freezing rain and ice hazards.
