* At 806 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Numerous roads continue to be flooded across the warned area. Additional rainfall will continue through this evening. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
