Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...
A portion of Central Ohio, including the following counties, Franklin OH, Madison and Pickaway.

* WHEN...
Until 645 PM EDT.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

- At 340 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible.

Columbus, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Bexley, Pataskala, Ohio State University, Easton, Whitehall, New Albany, Grandview Heights, Obetz, Commercial Point, Urbancrest, Valleyview, Marble Cliff, Harrisburg and Orient.
