Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory below 3500 feet, snow. Additional accumulation up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

Mitchell County.

* WHEN...
Until 5 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
The snowfall will create slippery and snow covered roadways. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.

The gusty winds will also cause blowing snow that could make driving difficult.
