- At 924 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Malden. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Charleston, Chesapeake, Marmet, Belle, Coal Fork and Pond Gap.

Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 96 and 97.
