At 348 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flash flooding along Hoke Run on Williamsport Pike. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional heavy rainfall is expected.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
