The Flood Advisory will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening for portions of east Tennessee, including the following areas, Johnson and Sullivan and southwest Virginia, including the following area, Washington.
The heavy rain has ended. Heavy runoff is likely continuing in rural portions of Johnson and Sullivan Counties, where a flash flood warning remains in effect. Please heed any areas where water is running over roadways, and avoid flooded roads.
