The Flood Warning will expire at 430 PM EDT this afternoon for a portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Morgan, Perry and Washington.
The heavy rain has long since ended, and flood waters have receded.
Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
