At 442 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles west of Albemarle to 3 miles southeast of Downtown Concord to 7 miles northeast of Uptown Charlotte.
Movement was east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Huntersville, Kannapolis, Downtown Concord, Northeast Charlotte, Northwest Charlotte, West Concord, Cornelius, Davidson, Harrisburg, and Mt Pleasant.
