At 1022 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Wake Forest to 6 miles west of Fuquay-Varina. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Creedmoor, Louisburg, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Zebulon, and Franklinton.
