Morgantown, Fairmont, Westover, Star City, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Granville, Cassville, Rivesville, Everettville, Booth, Georgetown, Crown, Osage, Colfax, Valley Falls, Bentons Ferry and White Hall.
Deckers Creek near Morgantown was at 6.3 feet, which is above moderate flood stage. Home and businesses begin to flood along Deckers Creek Boulevard. Nearby roads are also flooded at this river stage.
