* IMPACTS...
Flooding of the upper portion of Duck Creek and its tributaries is occurring. The West Fork of Duck Creek at Macksburg should crest about one half foot above flood stage before receding this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1105 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated very heavy rain fell across the warned area overnight. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Macksburg and Lower Salem.
