Portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Gilmer, Roane and Taylor. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis, Randolph and Upshur.

* WHEN...
Until 430 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1036 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Buckhannon, Weston, Philippi, Spencer, Glenville, Sutton, Grantsville, Audra State Park, Belington, Gassaway, Stonewall Jackson, Jackson Mill, Cedar Creek State Park, Rock Cave, Arnoldsburg, Big Otter, Junior, Burnsville, Lost Creek and Jane Lew.
