Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1243 PM EST, The North Fork Holston River gauge at near White Mills report flooding along the river. Flooding along this river is expected until this evening.

Holston and Lindell.
