The Flood Warning will expire at 1130 PM EDT this evening for portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland and northern West Virginia, including the following area, Monongalia.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 100 AM EDT for portions of east central Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia...
