At 845 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 15 miles east of Gatlinburg to 11 miles west of Brevard. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Waynesville, Canton, Lake Junaluska, Clyde, Maggie Valley, Balsam, Graveyard Fields, Smoky Mountains-Balsam Mountain, B.R. Parkway-Black Balsam To Mount Pisgah, and Smoky Mountains-Big Creek.
