At 1028 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles east of Brookhaven, or 10 miles east of Morgantown, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Farmington, Brookhaven, Fairchance, Masontown, Albright, Markleysburg, Brandonville, Bruceton Mills, Valley Point, Laurel Run, Hazelton, and Cranesville.
This includes Interstate 68 in West Virginia between mile markers 6 and 31.
