- At 850 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.
Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

Beckley, Mabscott, Sophia, Dry Creek, Prosperity, Bradley, Crab Orchard, Macarthur, Stanaford, Coal City, Beaver, Daniels, Shady Spring, Van, Whitesville, Lester, Sylvester, Arnett, Artie and Glen Daniel.
