Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 850 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Beckley, Mabscott, Sophia, Dry Creek, Prosperity, Bradley, Crab Orchard, Macarthur, Stanaford, Coal City, Beaver, Daniels, Shady Spring, Van, Whitesville, Lester, Sylvester, Arnett, Artie and Glen Daniel. - This includes the following highways...
