Portions of north central and western Maryland, central, northwest, and western Virginia, and eastern and panhandle West Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions, especially bridges and overpasses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Any remaining snow and sleet will change over to freezing rain this afternoon. Expect the most impactful freezing rain above 1500 feet elevation. Precipitation will become plain rain by this evening for most locations.
