A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Alamance, Anson, Chatham, Davidson, Durham, Forsyth, Granville, Guilford, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Orange, Person, Randolph, Richmond, Scotland, Stanly, Vance and Warren. * WHEN... Until 2 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS... Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations, especially those that saw flooding on Sunday and Monday from the remnants of Chantal.
